“Who Do You Say That I Am?” – Faith, Trust, and Responsible Service
On August 21, 2026, at Saint Francis of Assisi Parish, San Manuel, Tarlac City, the Council of Servant Leaders (CSL) head per prayer group of the Infant Jesus Catholic Community (IJCC) gathered together for a Lectio Divina, with a reflection on faith, trust, and responsible service led by the IJCC's new Spiritual Director, Rev. Fr. Robert David. Bro. Sonny Palad , Head Servant, served as the facilitator throughout the session.
The gathering opened with a heartfelt prayer led by Bro. Rolly Santos Yuson , followed by reflections on the First Reading, Isaiah 22:19–23, which emphasized faithful stewardship and responsible service. The Second Reading invited everyone to embrace humility, trust, and complete surrender to God.
The Gospel of Matthew 16:13–20 posed the powerful question, “Who do you say that I am?” It challenged everyone to express faith not merely through words but through a life of commitment and service. Fr. Robert further deepened the reflection with a powerful message on what it means to be a true leader—one who leads with humility, faith, love, and a servant’s heart.
The session was made meaningful through the guidance of the Lectio Divina hosts, Bro. Rolly and Sis. Glenn Yuson, and concluded with a closing prayer led by Bro. Rolly Yuson.
The gathering left a lasting message: True faith is lived, true leadership is service, and true discipleship means trusting God and using our lives to serve others.

To reinforce learning, participants took part in a role-play demonstration and practicum sessions, allowing prayer groups to experience firsthand the conduct of a Bibliarasal gathering. These activities promoted active participation and equipped attendees with practical skills for facilitating future Bible-sharing sessions.

Through initiatives such as the Bibliarasal Orientation, IJCC continues to cultivate biblical literacy, spiritual growth, and active community involvement, forming faithful disciples committed to living and sharing the Gospel in their families and communities.
The whole IJCC community extends its warmest congratulations to the ME 79 participants for successfully completing the Bibliarasal Orientation. Special commendation is likewise given to the Bibliarasal Ministry, led by Bro. A two-day Life in the Spirit Seminar (LSS) for Marriage Encounter (ME) Class 79 was successfully conducted on July 26-27, 2026, at the TSU Lucinda Campus in Tarlac City.
The seminar brought together married couples who recently graduated from Marriage Encounter Class 79 of the Infant Jesus Catholic Community (IJCC). Designed to strengthen faith and deepen participants' understanding of Christian living, the seminar emphasized continued spiritual growth and active discipleship as they move forward in their journey as Christian couples.
Featuring eight inspiring talks delivered by a new roster of trained and Spirit-led speakers, this year's Life in the Spirit Seminar offered participants a meaningful opportunity to encounter God in a deeper and more personal way. The talks encouraged couples to take courageous steps in faith, hope, and love as they continue to grow together within a Christ-centered community.
The seminar culminated in the much-awaited Outpouring of the Holy Spirit, led by IJCC Spiritual Director Rev. Fr. Robert David, with the assistance of IJCC Elder Bro. Nath Gomez and the Community Servant Leaders (CSLs) from the various prayer groups. Through prayer and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, participants experienced a profound renewal of faith and a deeper appreciation of God's unconditional love and mercy.
Every session, prayer activity, and fellowship opportunity became a treasured moment, as participants witnessed how God works through people whose lives have been transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. The experience served as a reminder that receiving God's love is not the end of the journey but the beginning of a mission to share that same love with others.
Indeed, the Life in the Spirit Seminar inspired the ME 79 couples to become more committed followers of Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit and ready to live out their vocation as Christian spouses, family leaders, and servants of the community.
Congratulations to ME Class 79!
May the Holy Spirit continue to guide and strengthen you as you live out your faith and share God's love with others.
To God be all the glory!
